Account Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
- You must notify gtt9 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- gtt9 will never ask for your password by SMS, email, phone call, or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent.
- You may be required to complete KYC identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

- gtt9 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside gtt9's control.

- Withdrawal requests are processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the gtt9 account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may face processing delays or withdrawal limits.
- Funds that have been credited as a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See the Bonuses section below for full details.
- gtt9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected, pending investigation.

- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Existing account holders who create additional accounts to claim a second welcome bonus will have all accounts suspended.
- Free spins, if awarded, must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused free spins will expire automatically after the stated period.
